2Sponsor and Non-Affiliation

The Seattle Football Ticket Giveaway (the "Promotion") is sponsored by CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC, NMLS #3029, through Brandon Arnson, NMLS #1635689, and Matt Thomas, NMLS #96883, 981 Powell Avenue SW, Suite 130, Renton, WA 98057 ("Sponsor"). Promotion inquiries may be directed to [email protected].

CrossCountry Mortgage and this promotion are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the NFL or any NFL team.

Any social media platform used to communicate or administer the Promotion is not a sponsor of, affiliated with, or responsible for the Promotion. Entrants release each applicable platform from claims arising from the Promotion to the extent permitted by law.

3Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of Washington, Oregon, Arizona, or California who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor and its affiliates, advertising or promotion agencies, and members of their immediate households are not eligible. Sponsor may require proof of age, residence, identity, and eligibility before awarding a prize.

4Promotion Period and Entry Deadlines

The Promotion begins August 24, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") and ends November 13, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PT. Sponsor's designated promotion platform is the official timekeeping device.

Eligible entries received by the Drawing 1 deadline are included in Drawing 1 and, unless selected as a winner, remain eligible for Drawing 2. Eligible entries received after the Drawing 1 deadline and by the Drawing 2 deadline are eligible only for Drawing 2.

5How to Enter and Bonus Entries

Visit https://seattlefootballpromo.com/enter during the Promotion Period and submit the required entry form with accurate information. Each eligible person may receive one base entry. Automated, bulk, duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent, or otherwise noncompliant submissions may be disqualified.

Referral bonus for the entrant.

An entrant may receive one bonus entry by identifying on the entry form the person who referred the entrant to the Promotion. The bonus entry is awarded only to the entrant who submits the form. The named referring person does not receive an entry, bonus, prize, or other thing of value because another consumer submitted information. Sponsor may retain the referring person's name for relationship and follow-up purposes consistent with applicable law and Sponsor policy.

Social-follow bonus for the entrant.

An entrant may receive one social-follow bonus entry by following either Mortgage With Brandon on Instagram at https://www.instagram.com/mortgagewithbrandon/ or Mortgage With Brandon on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/mortgagewbrandon before submitting the entry form. Following both accounts does not earn more than one social-follow bonus entry. The entrant must indicate on the entry form that the required action was completed. The social bonus is earned and awarded based on that submission. Once awarded, it will not later be removed or invalidated solely because the entrant no longer follows the account when a drawing occurs. Sponsor may verify whether the requirement was completed at the time represented on the entry form and may disqualify a materially false certification.

Maximum entries: Three per eligible person for the Promotion - one base entry, one referral-identification bonus entry, and one social-follow bonus entry. An entrant is not required to earn either bonus entry to participate.

6Prizes and Approximate Retail Value

Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $492. Prize details may be identified factually, but no league or team affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement is implied. Transportation, parking, lodging, meals, taxes, fees, and all other expenses not expressly stated are the winner's responsibility. Tickets are subject to issuer and venue terms, event policies, postponement, cancellation, and availability. No substitution or transfer is permitted except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. Limit one prize per person.

7Random Drawings, Odds, and Winner Notification

Drawing 1 will occur on October 15, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. PT. Drawing 2 will occur on November 20, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. PT. For each drawing, Sponsor or its designated promotion platform will randomly select one potential winner from all eligible entries for that drawing.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the applicable drawing. A potential winner will be contacted using the information supplied on the entry form and must respond within 72 hours. Sponsor may require an eligibility affidavit, liability/publicity release where lawful, tax documentation, and other reasonable verification. If a potential winner is ineligible, cannot be contacted, fails to respond on time, declines the prize, or does not complete required documentation, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate may be selected by random drawing.

8Entry Administration and Conduct

Sponsor will administer the base and bonus entries according to the requirements stated in these Official Rules and the entry form. Sponsor may disqualify an entrant who tampers with the Promotion, uses deceptive or automated methods, submits false information, interferes with another entrant, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. If technical, security, integrity, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impair the Promotion, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate it and, if feasible, award the affected prize from eligible entries received before the impairment.

9Publicity, Privacy, Release, and Limitation of Liability

Information collected in connection with the Promotion will be used to administer the Promotion, communicate with entrants, verify eligibility, conduct relationship follow-up, and for other purposes permitted by Sponsor's privacy notices and applicable law. Entry does not require consent to apply for a mortgage or purchase goods or services.

Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, city and state, likeness, voice, and prize information for lawful promotional purposes without additional compensation. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, promotion vendors, and applicable social platforms from claims arising out of participation or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize, except where such release is prohibited or limited by law.

10General Conditions, Disputes, and Winner Information

Sponsor's decisions regarding eligibility, entry administration, winner selection, and interpretation of these Official Rules are final to the extent permitted by law. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. The Promotion is governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved individually and not as part of a class action, to the extent permitted by law, in a court of competent jurisdiction in Washington.
